I live with my husband, two kids, sister-in-law, and cat in Highlands Ranch, CO. Talk about a full house! When I’m not baking, I spend my free time raising tiny humans, watching movies, binging trashy reality tv, reading, and preventing my cat from chewing yet another apple charger.

After experiencing major burnout in my chosen career of accounting, I jumped at the chance to stay home with my first child. I loved being home with him, but at the same time it felt like something was missing. I really wanted a creative outlet in my life. I dabbled in a few things (including creating another human life) before finding my love for decorated sugar cookies.

From then on I started making unsolicited cookies for every occasion. Every holiday, a reunion with friends, a bachelor party, my family and friend’s birthdays…they all became excuses to make cookies. The more I made, the more I learned. Now I get paid doing what I love, bringing sweetness and joy (however brief) to the special events in your life.
