  • How do I place an order?

    To streamline the ordering process and ensure all details are captured, we kindly ask everyone to submit their order inquiries, including returning customers, through our Order Inquiry Form.

  • How far in advance do I need to order my cookies?

    For best availability and to ensure we can create your dream cookies, we recommend submitting your order inquiry at least 4-6 weeks before your event.

  • Do you have a minimum order quantity?

    We have a 2 dozen minimum order requirement for all custom cookie requests. If you would like multiple flavors in one order, there is a 2 dozen minimum per flavor requested.

  • Can I add on additional cookies after I've submitted my order inquiry?

    We understand plans can change! If you need to add more cookies after submitting your inquiry, just let us know before we send your invoice. If you are unsure of the quantity of cookies, we're happy to work with you to find the perfect amount for your event!

  • Do you offer rush orders? If so, are there any additional fees?

    To ensure we can dedicate the time and attention your custom cookies deserve, a 20% rush order fee applies to inquiries placed within 1 week of your desired pickup date.

  • Do I get to approve of my designs?

    We want to ensure your cookies are exactly what you envision. After we discuss your design ideas, we'll provide design sketches for your approval before any payment is required.

  • What size are your cookies?

    Our cookies are generously sized! They're rolled out to a consistent 5/16" thickness, ensuring a perfect bite every time. And to satisfy your sweet tooth, they typically measure between 3"-4" on their longest side.

  • What flavors of cookies do you offer?

  • Can you accommodate different dietary restrictions?

    We’re happy to accommodate some dietary restrictions, such as vegan or gluten-free. However, please be aware that our cookies are made in a home kitchen that processes common allergens. Therefore, we cannot guarantee they are completely allergen-free.

STORAGE

  • How long will my cookies stay fresh?

    Long-lasting deliciousness! Our heat-sealed packaging keeps your cookies fresh for 2-3 weeks at room temperature, so you can savor them for longer.

  • How should I store my cookies?

    Keep your cookie designs looking fresh! Store them in a cool, dry location at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing them in the fridge. The humidly can cause condensation, which can affect the design.

  • Can I freeze your cookies?

    Our cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container, perfect for enjoying whenever you crave a delicious treat. When you're ready to indulge, take them out of the freezer but keep them unopened in the container. They'll thaw to perfect texture in about 2-3 hours.

PAYMENT / REFUNDS

  • How much do your cookies cost?

    From simple designs to elaborate masterpieces, our custom cookies are a unique and delicious way to celebrate any occasion. Prices start at $60/dozen and reflect the level of detail involved in your custom creation.

  • Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

    Our custom cookies are labors of love, and each one receives the same level of attention to detail. Therefore, we don't offer bulk discounts.

  • When is payment due?

    To secure your order, full payment is required at the time of invoice for standard orders.

    For larger orders (5+ dozens), a 50% deposit is due upon booking to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your scheduled pickup date.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    For your convenience, we currently accept all major debit and credit cards.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We understand that things happen! You will receive a full refund for any order cancelled up to 2 weeks before your pickup date. If you need to cancel within 2 weeks of pickup, we'll happily apply your payment towards a future order. Once I’ve started on your order, no refund or credit will be available.

  • What if you can't fulfill my order?

    In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, family emergency, etc.), you will receive a full refund. We will try our best to see if other cookiers in the area can accommodate you, but many of us book up well in advance.

  • Where is pickup?

    Your delicious cookies will be ready for pickup at our location in Highlands Ranch, CO 80126.

  • Can someone else pickup my order for me?

    Can't make it yourself? No worries! Someone else can pick up your order for you, just let us know in advance.

  • Do you offer delivery or shipping?

    We currently offer local pickup only in Highlands Ranch, CO 80126.
